WAKE UP CALL SERVICE
The wake up call service is available upon request by the reception desk.
WI-FI
The Wi-Fi is available in all hotel areas. Depending on your reservation conditions can be extra charge, the cost is € 5,00 for whole stay.
FRIGE IN ROOM
The fridge is empty and is at guest’s complete disposal.
Should you wish your fridge to be filled, please choose from the bar’s menu the drinks you would like to have and inform the reception staff.
The extra cost for this service is € 5,00 to be added to the cost of the ordered drinks. As alternative you can require the room service.
SAFE
The safe is located inside the wardrobe. To close choose a code of minimum 4 numbers followed by “#”,to open repeat the same procedure.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
The Hotel offer the laundry service. To use our service is needed to require at the reception desk the laundry bag and laundry form to fill. Afterwards leave the laundry bag and the filled laundry form at the reception staff who will return it directly in the room in about 48 hours.
DAILY CLENING
The room will be daily cleaned from 8:00 to 17:00.
Please note that in case the tag “do not disturb” will be on your door after 16:30 will be not possible to do the daily cleaning.
SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT
Millions of tons of sheets and towels are used in hotels. If you don’t ask us to wash your towels every single day, you are helping to save the environment: less detergent in rivers and seas and lower consumption of water and energy.
When you would like your towels to be changed, please leave them in the washbasin. Thank you for your collaboration!
NON SMOOKING ROOMS
All Hotel rooms are “non smoking”. Guests are kindly invited to smoke outdoors.

RESTAURANT “VISTAMARE”
Breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:00.
Lunch: from 12:30 to 14:15 (last entrance).
Dinner: from 19:00 to 22:00 (last entrance). Reservation recommended.
BAR “ANGELINA”
Service from 16:00 to 24:00
BAR “INFINITY POOL”
Service from 11:00 to 19:00.
ROOM SERVICE
- Breakfast € 10,00 per person, available from 7:30 to 10:00. The in-room breakfast is on request a day before.
- Bar € 2,00 per order, available from 7:30 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00.
- Restaurant € 10,00 per order, available from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00.
SWIMMING POOL
Opening time: from 9:30 to 19:00.
The access is included from the check-in time to the check-out time.
SEA CLUB
Available in summer season. Opening time: from 9:00 to 19:00.
To access to the beach require the “pass” by the reception desk.
The access is included from the check-in time to the check-out time.
Dedicated shuttle service with scheduled times to book in advance.
ACQUALIA WELLNESS
The wellness centre is open every day from 11:30 to 20:00.
For further information concerning treatments we invite you to visit the wellness centre or contact the operator and dial number 612.
PARKING AREA
Parking are is available on site. Please leave the car or the motorbike in the yellow line outside the Hotel and give the keys to the staff.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Hotel’s shuttle operate Vico Equense destinations only, is available on request from 8:00 to 20:00 and it is extra charge.
For further information please ask the reception staff.
Shuttle service to the Sea Club with scheduled times to book in advance.
PETS
The pets small size maximum 3kg are admitted, but are not allowed in the following common areas:
restaurant, bars, terrace, solarium/swimming-pool and Sea Club.
